1. Product Features:
High Barrier Property
Sterilization wraps is made with SMS/SMMS/SMMMS nonwoven fabric.
It offers a high level hydrostatic head property and thus a high level protection against fluid and particles.
Good Air Permeability
Good air permeability is preserved, which is an important criteria for Ethylene Oxide Sterilization.
Low Shrinkage Rate
Has a very low shrinkage rate after steam sterilization process.
Excellent Mechanical Properties
Has a strong resistance to tears and punctures.
2. Intended Usage
Sterilization wraps is intended for use in the packaging of medical products such as instrument sets, linen etc prior to sterilization. Sterilization wraps is suitable for use with Steam, and EO sterilizers and is compatible with labels and tapes used to identify the products and to indicate their sterility status. Used correctly wrap product maintains the sterility of products until used.
3. CE-mark
Our sterilization wrap is CE-marked as a class I Medical Device according to Council Directive 93/43/EEC.
4. EN 868
Our sterilization wrap complies with EN 868-2: 2009 part 2 Packaging for terminally sterilized medical devices-Sterilization wrap-Requirments and test methods, and EN ISO 11607-1, Packaging for terminally sterilized medical devices.
